"Muhammad, similar to the founders of other religions, was indignant of many of the customs and traditions prevalent in his age, and people accepted the religion he called for even in the neighboring regions for its ease, openness, and equity, because they have long suffered the injustice of kings and priests. The people were tired of the old regime and have longed for a new one. They found their chance in Islam, as it fixed many of their affairs and put an end to the nightmare of grievance and injustice."
