The virtue of reciting the noble Qur’an, in the name of God, praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and his family and all his companions. Reciting the qur’an is one of the best forms of worship in the sight of God Almighty, because it entails drawing close to Him, Glory be to Him, by His words that He revealed as a guide to mankind to the happiness of this world and the hereafter. Therefore, there are many evidences urging the recitation of the Noble Qur’an, and showing the great reward that the reader and the memorizer obtain, as narrated by Al-Tirmidhi [2910] About Abdullah bin Masoud, said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever read characters from the book of God has a good, and theحنا. Al-Tirmidhi). So whoever recites the Qur’an correctly, seeking the pleasure of God, then he is promised this reward, God willing, whether he recites it for memorization, review, citation and inference from it, or otherwise. Basmala is included in this reward. Because it is a verse from the Qur'an. Ibn Rajab, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: “One of the greatest ways a servant draws near to God Almighty is the frequent recitation of the Qur’an and listening to it with contemplation, contemplation and understanding. his words." Nothing is sweeter to lovers than the words of their beloved, for it is the sweetness of their hearts and the ultimate desire of theirs. Uthman, may God be pleased with him, said: “If your hearts were purified, you would not be satisfied with the words of your Lord.” Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, said: “He who loves the Qur’an loves God and His Messenger.” Some of the acquaintances said to Murid: Do you memorize the Qur’an? He said: No, so he said: “And seek refuge with him by God! A murid does not memorize the Qur’an!! How does he enjoy himself? How does he sing? Why does he converse with his Lord, the Mighty and Sublime?” End of (Jami’ al-Uloom and al-Hakam [p./364]). The Noble Qur’an must be read in the letters that God Almighty revealed with it, in a correct Arabic reading, as God Almighty said: {And it is to be revealed by the Lord of the worlds. The Holy Spirit descended on him. On your heart to be omniscient . In a clear Arabic tongue} [Al-Shu`ara’: 192-195]. The Almighty said: {Indeed, We have sent it down to you as an Arabic Qur’an, so that you may understand} [Yusuf:2]. And it is not permissible for anyone to deliberately replace one letter with another, even though he is able to pronounce the correct letter. reading the Noble Qur’an from the personal computer and mobile phone There is no difference between reading the Qur’an from the Qur’an, or reading it from the electronic Qur’an, or Internet pages, or from the screen of a cell phone (mobile); The lesson is reading, moving the lips, and looking at the written words of God Almighty, and this is verified in the reading through the electronic pages. The Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said as in (Al-Fatwa Al-Kubra [2/419]): “If he recites the Qur’an for God Almighty, he will be rewarded for that in any case.” End. As for the requirement of ablution for this recitation, purity is not a condition for reciting the Qur’an, rather it is a condition for touching the Mushaf, for the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “No one touches the Qur’an except one who is pure” (Narrated by Muwatta Malik [468]) and authenticated by Al-Albani in (Irwa al-Ghalil [122]). . If someone who has memorized it or from the Qur’an reads it without touching it, then there is nothing wrong with it. The guidance of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in reciting the Noble Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in the Qur’an is to act upon it, adhere to its morals, be polite with its etiquette, and invite people to it, as described by Aisha, may God be pleased with her, when she said: The Qur’an” (Narrated by muslim [746]). Thus, the guidance of the Muslim must be with the Noble Qur’an, constantly striving to act upon it and to be guided by its guidance, for it is a clear light from God. Whoever adheres to it will be saved, and whoever adheres to it will be guided to a straight path. As for his guidance, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in reciting the Qur’an: the scholar Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya, may God have mercy on him, explained it in his great book (Zad al-Ma’ad), in which he collected the hadiths mentioned on the subject, and summarized them in sentences and phrases from his own that clarify the purpose, and they are all authentic hadiths that can be referred to the book He investigated himself to verify it, and we are quoting his words here to suffice with it, lest it prolong the questioner and the reader. The scholar Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya, may God have mercy on him, says: “Section: In his guidance, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in reciting the Qur’an, listening to it, reverence, crying when reading and listening, improving his voice with it, and the consequences of that. His reading was a hymn, neither this nor any hurry. Rather, it was an interpreted recitation, letter by letter, and his reading was interrupted by verse by verse. From the accursed Satan), and perhaps he was saying: (Oh God, I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, from his spurs, his blows, and his blowing) and he used to seek refuge in Allah’s son Masoud before he used to recite it, and he used to hear it. He used to recite the Qur’an standing, sitting, lying down, performing ablution, and speaking, and nothing prevented him from reciting it except for impurity. We have opened for you a clear victory} [A To open: 1]. Abdullah bin Mughaffal narrated his recitation, Aa Aa three times, he was mentioned by Al-Bukhari, and if you combine these hadiths to his saying: “Beautify the Qur’an with your voices,” and his saying: “There is none of us who does not sing with the Qur’an, as the Qur’an has recited.” He has a good voice and sings the Qur’an.” I knew that this rewind was a choice from him, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, not a necessity for him to shake the she-camel. He will be trampled upon, and he sees that the late night shook him until his voice is cut off, then he says: (He used to go back in his reading), so he attributed the rewind to his action. And if it was from shaking the late night, it would not have been an act called recitation.” End. (Zad al-Ma’ad [1/482]- [484]). Imam Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn al-Husayn al-Ajri, may God have mercy on him, mentioned it in his beneficial book (Akhlaq al-Qur’an Campaign). A chapter in (The etiquette of the reciters when reciting the Qur’an which they should not be ignorant of), in which he summarized a number of etiquette for the reciter of the Qur’an, from the etiquette of the Sunnah, and the guidance of the predecessors. He said, may God have mercy on him: “And I like for those who want to read the Qur’an, from night or day, to purify themselves, and to purify themselves.” And that is glorification of the Qur’an. Because he recites the words of the Lord Almighty; And that is because the angels approach him when he recites the Qur’an, and the angel approaches him. If he is a lizard, he puts his mouth on his mouth. Whenever he recites a verse, the angel takes it in him, and if he is not a miswak, he distances himself from him. It is not appropriate for you, O people of the Qur’an, to distance the king from you, use etiquette, for there is not one of you except that he hates if he does not settle for sitting with his brothers. And I like to read a lot in the Mus-haf due to the merit of one who reads in the Mushaf, and he should not carry the Mushaf unless he is pure. For the reciter if he is reading and a wind comes out of him, refrain from reciting until the wind ends, then if he likes to perform ablution and then recite pure, it is better, and if he recites without purity, there is nothing wrong with him. To take himself in the prostration of the Qur’an whenever he passes a prostration he prostrates in it, and in the Qur’an he prostrates fifteen, and it has been said: fourteen, and it has been said: eleven prostrations, and the one for whom he chose to prostrate every time a prostration passed by him, he pleases his Lord Almighty and enrages his enemy Satan. On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “If the son of Adam recites the prostration and prostrates, Satan withdraws and weeps, saying: Woe to him! He commanded the son of Adam to prostrate and he prostrated, for him is Paradise, and I was commanded to prostrate, so I disobeyed the Fire.” (Narrated by Muslim in his Sahih [81] ) ... and I like for the one who was sitting reciting to face the Qiblah, if possible... and I like for the one who recites the Qur’an to recite it with sadness, and weep if he is able, and if he is not able to do so, he weeps. He manages what he follows, and uses turning a blind eye to what distracts the hearts, and if he left everything until his lesson is over, it would be more beloved to me To attend his understanding, does not operate without the words of his master. And I like that if he studies and a verse of mercy passes by him, he asks his honorable master, and if a verse of torment passes through him, he seeks refuge in God Almighty from the Fire, and if he passes through an ayah that honors God Almighty from what the people of lies said, glorify and magnify God. And if he was reciting and then he became drowsy, then his ruling is to interrupt the Qur’an until he lays down, until he recites it while conscious of what he is reciting.. And he mentioned, may God have mercy on him, a part of the traces that testify to what he mentioned, then he said at the end of the chapter: “All of what I mentioned, the people of the Qur’an should be polite and not neglect From him, if they turn away from reciting the Qur’an: consider their souls to be accountable to them: if they realize from them accepting what their honorable Lord has entrusted them to them, which is their duty to perform his duties, and avoid his forbidden: they praise Him for that, and thank God for what He has guided them to. And if they know that souls are vulnerable About what their honorable master asked them to do, with little regard for it, they asked God for forgiveness for their shortcomings, and asked Him to move us from this situation that is not good for the people of the Qur’an, and is not satisfied with them by their master, to a state that pleases him, for he does not cut off those who resort to him. in all his affairs.” Reciting some surahs and verses when a Muslim goes to bed: Among the surahs and verses that are recommended to be recited are the following: [1]- Ayat al-Kursi. It came in Sahih al-Bukhari, commenting [2311] on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may God be pleased with him, who said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, entrusted me to memorize the zakat of Ramadan, so he came to me and started urging food. For he will not remain with you from God Almighty, and no devil will approach you until you become.” The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “He spoke the truth while he was a liar, that is Satan” [2]- the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah. On the authority of Abu Masoud al-Ansari, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Whoever recites the last two verses of Surat al-Baqarah in the night, that will suffice him.” (Bukhari [5009]) (And Muslim [2714] (132)) and Ibn al-Qayyim said in ): “Save him from the evil of what harms him.” On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: “I did not see a reasonable person sleeping before he recited the last three verses of Surat Al-Baqarah.” Al-Nawawi attributed it in the Remembrances [220] to the narration of Abu Bakr bin Abi Dawood, then he said: It is authentic according to the conditions of Al-Bukhari and Muslim. [4-3]- The two surahs of Al-Isra and Az-Zumar. On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: “The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not sleep until he recited Bani Israel and the Az-Zumar” (Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi [Hasan] hadith 3402). Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar graded it as good in (Nujamat al-Afkar [3/65]) and al-Albani graded it as authentic in Sahih al-Tirmidhi. [5]- Surat Al-Kafirun. On the authority of Nawfal Al-Ashja’i, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to me: “Read: Say, O you disbelievers, then fall asleep at its end, for it is free from polytheism” (Narrated by Abu Dawood) [5055] and Dhi Hasan (3), Ibn Walt. Hajar in (Nujamat Al-Afkar [3/61]) and Al-Albani graded it authenticated in Sahih Abi Dawood. [7-6-8]- Sincerity and Al-Ma'widhatayn. (S) to this page were: With them what he can from his body, he begins with them on his head and face, and whatever comes from his body, he does that by al-Bukhari and Muslim” (al-Bukhari 17). And on the authority of Ibrahim al-Nakh’i, he said: “They used to like to recite these surahs three times every night: (Say, He is God, the One) (And al-Mu’awwadhatayn) al-Nawawi said in the Remembrances.[221]: Its chain of transmission is authentic according to the conditions of Muslim. Al-Nawawi, may God have mercy on him, says in (Al-Adhkar [221]): “It is better for a person to do all the things mentioned in this chapter, and if he is unable to do so, he should limit himself to what he is able to do from the most important ones.” End. It is not required that the reading be from the Qur’an. It is sufficient for the Muslim to recite whatever he has been able to memorize from the above, and God Almighty writes for him what he has promised him. Abandoning the Noble Qur’an Leaving the reading of the Qur’an entirely is one of the forms of abandoning the Qur’an that God Almighty denounced in his Noble Book, in the Almighty’s saying: {And the Messenger said, O Lord, that my people have deserted this Qur’an. And thus We made for every Prophet an enemy from among the criminals, and your Lord is sufficient as a Guide and a Helper} [Al-Furqan:30-31]. And the verse, although it was mentioned in the context of talking about the infidels who are the enemies of the messengers and messengers, yet it also indicates that abandoning the Qur’an is one of the actions of the infidels and their business; Whoever deserted him completely; He did not believe in it, did not recite it, and did not act upon it: he is an unbeliever, the verse has been confirmed in him, and in his example, the complaint of the Prophet on the Day of Resurrection. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may God have mercy on him, said: “Whoever abandons the Qur’an is one of the enemies of the Messenger.” End quote from (Majmoo’ al-Fataawa [4/106]). And whoever neglects to recite it, or contemplate it, or act upon it: he has fallen into one of the people of abandonment, according to what he left and neglected. his chest to Ibn al-Qayyim, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: Abandoning the Qur’an is of various types: One of them: abandoning listening to it, believing in it and listening to it. The second: Abandoning the work of it, and standing at its permissible and forbidden, even if he reads it and believes in it. And the third: abandoning his arbitration and adjudication with him in the origins and branches of religion, and the belief that it does not benefit certainty, and that its verbal evidence does not obtain knowledge. And the fourth: abandoning his contemplation and understanding and knowing what the speaker wanted from him. And the fifth: Abandoning hospitalization and treatment with it for all diseases of the heart and its remedies, so he seeks the cure of his disease from others, and abandons treatment with it. And all of this is included in his saying: {And the Messenger said, O Lord, that my people have abandoned this Qur’an} [Al-Furqan:30], although some abandonment is easier than others. I finish. (The benefits [p. / 82]). The Standing Committee was asked the following question: What is the ruling on reading the Qur’an, is it obligatory or desirable? As we asked about his ruling, some of them said: It is not obligatory, if he recites, then there is nothing wrong with him, and if he does not read, then there is nothing upon him. She replied: It is legitimate for the Muslim to preserve the recitation of the Qur’an, and to do more than that according to his ability. In compliance with the generality of the saying of God Almighty: {Recite what has been revealed to you of the Book}, and His saying: {And recite what has been revealed to you of the Book of your Lord, peace be upon him: “And Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said: And to recite the Qur’an.” And the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Recite the Qur’an, for it will come as an intercessor for its companions on the Day of Resurrection” (Muslim included in his Sahih). And to stay away from desertion and abstaining from it, in any of the meanings of desertion that the scholars mentioned in the interpretation of desertion of the Qur’an.. Imam Ibn Katheer, may God have mercy on him, said in his interpretation: “The Almighty says, informing about His Messenger and Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said: {O Lord, my people They took this Qur’an abandoned” because the polytheists did not listen to the Qur’an and did not listen to it, as the Most High said: Leaving belief in him and abandoning his belief in him from abandoning him, abandoning contemplating and understanding him from abandoning him, abandoning acting on him and complying with his commands and avoiding his prohibitions from abandoning him, and turning away from him to other poetry, sayings, singing, amusement, speech, or a method taken from others from his abandonment. Abdul Aziz bin Baz - Abdul Razzaq Afifi - Abdullah bin Qaoud - Abdullah bin Ghadian. (Fatwas of the Standing Committee [4/100]- [102]). We ask God Almighty to grant us the recitation of the Noble Qur’an during the hours of the night and the ends of the day, and God Almighty is the Most High and knows best, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and upon all his family and companions.
