In the name of God, praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and all his family and companions. First: Acts that leave Islam. Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: Know, O Muslim, that God, Glory be to Him, enjoined all His servants to enter into Islam, adhere to it, and beware of what contradicts it. The Mighty and Majestic is that whoever follows him has been guided, and whoever turns away from him has gone astray, and warned in many verses of the causes of apostasy, and all kinds of polytheism and blasphemy. And his money, and it is outside Islam, and among the most dangerous and most common are ten nullifiers mentioned by Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab and other scholars, may God Almighty have mercy on them all, and we mention them to you in the following as a matter of brevity, to warn them and warn others from them, hoping for safety and wellness from them, with a few clarifications that we mention Then: the first: polytheism in the worship of God Almighty, God Almighty said: {Indeed, God does not forgive association with Him and forgives what is less than that for whom He wills} [An-Nisa: 116], and God Almighty said: {Indeed, whoever associates partners with God, God has forbidden him Paradise and his abode. Fire, and the wrongdoers have no helpers} [Al-Ma’idah: 72], and from that is the supplication of Allah For the dead, seeking help from them, vowing and slaughtering for them like one who slaughters for the jinn or for the grave. The second: Whoever places between him and God Almighty intermediaries calling them, asking them for intercession, and trusting in them, then he has committed disbelief by consensus. The third: Whoever does not declare the polytheists to be infidels, or doubts their unbelief, or corrects their doctrine is infidels. Fourth: Whoever believes that the guidance other than the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, is more complete than his guidance, or that the rule of someone else is better than his rule, such as the one who prefers the rule of tyrants over his rule, then he is an infidel. Fifth: Whoever hates something that the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, brought, and if he acts upon it, he has committed disbelief, because God Almighty says: {That is because they hated what God revealed, so He nullified their deeds} [Muhammad: 9]. Sixth: Whoever mocks something of the religion of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, or his reward, or his punishment is an unbelief, and the evidence is the saying of God Almighty: {Say, God, His signs and His Messenger, you were mocking. Do not make excuses, you have disbelieved after your belief} [At-Tawbah: 65-66]. Seventh: Magic, including exchange and kindness, so whoever does it or accepts it is a disbeliever, and the evidence is the saying of God Almighty: {And no one knows until they say: We are but a trial, so do not disbelieve} [Al-Baqarah: 102]. Eighth: Demonstrating the polytheists and helping them against the Muslims, and the evidence is the saying of God Almighty: {And whoever among you takes refuge in them is one of them, for God does not guide the wrongdoing people} [Al-Ma’idah: 51]. Ninth: Whoever thinks that some people can deviate from the law of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, just as al-Khidr permitted it to deviate from the law of Moses, peace be upon him, then he is an unbeliever. God Almighty says: {And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will not be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers} [Al Imran: 85]. Tenth: turning away from the religion of God Almighty, not learning it or acting upon it; And the evidence is the saying of God Almighty: {And who is more unjust than he who was reminded of the verses of his Lord and then turned away from them. Indeed, we are among the criminals who take revenge} [Al-Sajdah: 22]. There is no difference in all of these nullifiers between the joking, the serious and the fearful, except for compulsion, and all of them are of the greatest danger and the most frequent. So the Muslim should beware of it, and fear it for himself, we seek refuge in God Almighty from the causes of His wrath, and the painful punishment, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon the best of His creation, Muhammad, his family and companions. His words ended, may God have mercy on him. And enters into the fourth section: Whoever believes that the systems and laws that people enact are better than the law of Islam, or that it is equal to it, or that it is permissible to refer to them, even if he believes that the rule by Sharia is better, or that the system of Islam is not suitable for its application in the twentieth century, or that It was a cause of Muslims' backwardness, or it was confined to a person's relationship with his Lord without interfering in other matters of life. And it includes in the fourth section: Also those who think that the enforcement of the rule of God Almighty by cutting off the hand of a thief, or stoning a married adulterer is not appropriate in the present era. It also includes: whoever believes that it is permissible to rule by other than the law of God Almighty in transactions, limits, or other things, even if he does not believe that that is better than the rule of Sharia, because by doing so, he has permitted what God Almighty has forbidden unanimously, and everyone who has permitted what God has forbidden Exalted be He from what is known from the religion by necessity, such as fornication, alcohol and usury, and ruling by other than the law of God Almighty is a disbeliever according to the consensus of Muslims. We ask God, Glory be to Him, to guide us all to what pleases Him, and to guide us and all Muslims to His straight path. Second: The taboos in the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, mockery of religion and its people, mockery - and it is called "belittlement" and "sarcasm" - from it is what is greater blasphemy that takes him out of the religion, and from it is what is immorality, and from it is what is possible for the two judgments. 1. What was mocked by God or the Koran or the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "He is Kafr Out of the Prophet, and I have said to this saying of God." Do not make excuses, you have disbelieved after you had believed} [At-Tawbah: 65-66]. Unanimously by the scholars. 2. What was mocked by the same people and their naked mutual actions: he is dismissed, and he will say, God says. . 3. As for what is likely to be blasphemy that expels one from the religion: it is mocking the Muslim because of his religion and his appearance in accordance with the Sunnah. That he is religious, or because he is exaggerating or being strict in applying the Sunnah with something that is not indicated by the texts: so it is immoral; Because it is a mockery of the person, not the religion. Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz, may God have mercy on him, was asked: Is there anyone who You will mock religion by making fun of the beard or the shortening of clothes, is that considered blasphemy? "This is different; Shortening his clothes, which means that he is strict, and that he mocks other things, stresses this or is lenient in other matters that he knows that the religion has brought, and he does not intend to mock the religion, but rather intends to mock the person by shortening his clothes or for other reasons. So it will be apostasy, we ask God, Glory be to Him, for well-being. And he was asked - after that -: If he says: I say this to people out of laughter and joking? He replied: This is not permissible, and this is an abomination and its owner is in danger, and if his intention is to mock religion: it is blasphemy. (Fatwas of Sheikh Ibn Baz: 28/365, 366). The murder killed Muslim without a great thing and a big criminal, God said: (And whoever is killed by a deliberate insanity and anger. On the authority of them that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The believer will remain in a space of his religion as long as he does not shed forbidden blood.” The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, explained to us the reasons by which this blood is permissible, saying: “The blood of a Muslim who testifies that there is no god but God and that I am the Messenger of God is not lawful except by one of three: the soul for the soul, the adulterous adulterer, and the one who separates from his religion who abandons the group.” Narrated by the two Imams (Bukhari) : 6370 and Muslim: 3175). And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said. In (Sahih Abi Dawood). And Abi Said Al-Thabri and Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with them. It is the duty of every Muslim to strive to meet God Almighty and not unjustly shed the blood of a Muslim in his newspaper. Disobedience to parents Disobedience to parents is a major sin, and God Almighty commanded children to honor their parents and be kind to them, and forbade them from disobeying them and offending them, and instilled in them the innate love that helps them in that righteousness and benevolence, and alienates them from disobedience and disobedience. Allaah says (interpretation of the interpretation - in the right of the Muslim parents. And lower to them the wing of humiliation out of mercy, and say, “My Lord, have mercy on them as they raised me when I was little” [Al-Isra’: 23-24]. About Abdul Rahman bin Abi Rela from his father may Allah be pleased with him. Al-Bukhari: “Except for false speech, and perjury, not false speech, and perjury.” He continued to say them until you said to me: Al-Bukhari 59. And Abdullah bin Amr from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The brigades: involve God, parents' relevance, self-killing, and jungle right» Narrated (Al-Bukhari: 6675). Disobedience is what the son does - without a legitimate justification - of actions or words that harm his parents. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: “What is meant by it – that is, disobedience – is the issuance of what a father would offend his child by saying or doing, except in shirk or disobedience, unless the father is stubborn.” End quote from (Fath al-Bari: 10/406). It came in (Al-Fawakh Al-Dawani on the Epistle of Ibn Abi Zaid Al-Qayrawani: 2/290): “(And among the obligatory duties) in kind on every one who is obligated to (benevolence to parents), that is, to treat them kindly (even if they are sinners) without polytheism, rather (even if they are polytheists) for the verses indicating that It is general, and rights are not forfeited by immorality or by disobedience in religion.” End. With regard to obedience to unbeliever parents in what is known, the scholars differed as to whether it is obligatory. A group of scholars mentioned the obligation to obey them also in matters that are not disobedience to God Almighty. Sodomy The crime of sodomy is one of the greatest crimes, the ugliest of sins, and the worst of deeds, and God Almighty has punished its perpetrators with what He did not punish any nation with. Forgiveness and wellness. God Almighty said: {And Lot, when he said to his people, would you commit immorality, which none of the worlds preceded you with. You will come to men with lust without women, but you are an excavator and what was the answer to his people, but they said they left them out of your neighbor. So We saved him and his family, except for his wife, who was from among the bystanders. And We send rain upon them, so see what was the end of the criminals.” (Al-A’raf: 80-84). And God Almighty said: {By your age, they are in their intoxication. So here is homosexuality, and this indicates that it combines the meanings of the name of immorality, as it says: The man is Zaid, and the best of the man is Zaid, meaning: Do you come to the trait whose obscenity has settled with everyone, because it is due to the appearance of its obscenity and its perfection that is beyond mention, so that the name does not go to anything else…” End of (Al-Jawab al-Kafi: pp. 260-263.) The Sheikh of Islam, may God have mercy on him, said: “As for sodomy, among the scholars are those who say: Its limit is the punishment for adultery, and it has been said without that. And the correct one, on which the Companions, may God be pleased with them, agreed: That the upper and lower two be killed. Whether they are immune, or not immune. The people of the Sunan narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “Whoever you find doing the work of the people of Lot, then kill the doer and the object of it.” Abu Dawood narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him: He said: He should be stoned. It is narrated on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, in the same way. The Companions, may God be pleased with them, did not differ from them in killing him, but they varied in it. It was narrated from the friend, may God be pleased with him, that he ordered his burning, and from others he killed him. According to some of them, a wall is thrown at him until he dies under demolition. It was said: They are locked up in a place until they die. And on the authority of some of them: that it is raised on the highest wall in the village, and it is thrown from it, and stones are followed, as God Almighty did to the people of Lot, peace be upon him, and this is a narration on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God Almighty be pleased with them, and the other narration said: He is stoned, and on this most of the predecessors, they said: Because God The Almighty stoned the people of Lot, peace be upon him, and legislated the stoning of the adulterer in analogy to the stoning of Lot, so that the two of them are stoned, whether they are free or owned, or one of them is owned by the other, if they are adults, and if one of them is not an adult, he is punished with less than killing, and only an adult is stoned. (Al-Siyasa al-Shari’ah: p. 138) Second: The object of it is like the doer, because they both participated in the immorality, so their punishment was death as stated in the hadith, but two forms are excluded from that: The first: Whoever is forced into sodomy by beating or threatening to kill and the like, then there is no limit for him. He said in (Sharh Muntaha Al-Iraadat: 3/348): “There is no limit for a person who is coerced into sodomy by coercion by the partner overpowering him or by threatening to kill or beat him.” Ended with a disposition. But he is disciplined and punished by what deters him from committing this crime, as previously mentioned in the words of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. There is no difference of opinion among the scholars that the hadd punishment is not applied to an insane person or a child who has not yet reached puberty. God knows best and highest. Usury is the increase in a specific thing, and it is derived from the increase, and from it the saying of God Almighty: {And what you give of usury to interest in people’s money, then do not usurp with God, for God Almighty says: {And God Almighty does not increase} that is, God does not increase. . Its origin is that the people of the Jahiliyyah, if the debt came to one of them, they asked him and said: Give us the hundred or increase it to one hundred and fifty. And if the hundred and fifty came, they said to him: Give us the hundred and fifty, or we make it two hundred..and so on. And the Shariah prohibits another usury, which is usury al-Fadl, which is an increase in one of the sexes if one of them is sold for the other. So that if gold is sold for gold, it is not permissible except for like for like and hand in hand, so the exchange and similarity are stipulated in it. Usury is prohibited by the Qur’an, Sunnah and definitive consensus, so whoever legalizes it is a disbeliever. Because the rule: whoever denies something, the scholars have unanimously agreed that it is apparent that he is an infidel. The Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: Belief in the necessity of apparent and frequent obligations, and the prohibition of taboos, apparent and frequent, is one of the greatest foundations of faith and the rules of religion, and the one who denies them is an unbeliever by agreement (Majmoo’ al-Fatawa: 12/497). Ibn Qudamah, may God have mercy on him, said: Whoever believes that something is permissible is unanimously prohibited, and its ruling appears among the Muslims, and there is no doubt about it due to the texts contained in it, such as pork, fornication and the like, concerning which there is no dispute, unbelief (Al-Mughni: 12/276). Al-Nuhawi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: As for the day and the religion of Islam and the repercussion of the Muslims was taught and the zakat should not be known, and the world, and the world and ignorance, no one has nothing to interfere in denial. As well as in everyone who denies something, gathering the nation, if he knows whether it is common as the five prayers and the fasting of the month of Ramadan and the break of the month of Ramadan, deprive adultery, wine and swallowing and making them from the provisions, but it is a modern man in Islam and does not know anything Ignorance of it did not make disbelief. . . As for what consensus was known to be aware of the special science as the freedom of women on her uncle and her uncle, and that the killer is deliberately not inherit and that the grandfather of the sixth, and what is like this to deny, but he is not disrupted, but not to be informed of her knowledge in public. And Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: (The ruling on usury: that it is forbidden by the Qur’an, the Sunnah and the consensus of Muslims. Its rank: it is a major sin, because God Almighty said: {And whoever returns, those are the owners of the Fire. They will abide therein forever}, and God Almighty said: {If you do not do So give permission for war from God and His Messenger.” And because the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, the two who witness it, and the one who writes it down, it is one of the greatest of the major sins. If we say this, does it mean that the scholars are unanimously agreed on every form? The answer: No, there has been a difference of opinion in some of the forms, and this is like what we said in that zakat is obligatory. Unanimously, however, there is no unanimity on every form, so they differed about camels and cows as the factors (that are used in plowing and watering), and they differed in jewelry and the like, but in the general scholars are unanimously agreed that (usury is forbidden, rather it is a major sin). End of (Sharh al-Mumti’) Ali Zad al-Mustaqni’: 8/387) Based on this, it is said: Whoever denies the prohibition of usury is an infidel, because its prohibition is one of the matters that the texts indicate, and the scholars unanimously agreed on its prohibition by unanimous agreement and it spread among Muslims. But if he denies the prohibition of one of the forms of usury in which there is a dispute among the scholars, or the unanimity of its prohibition is not apparent, then this is not a disbeliever. And God knows best, and may God’s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Fornication The texts from the Qur’an and Sunnah indicate that fornication is a major sin: God Almighty said: “Do not come close to fornication, for it is an indecency and an evil way.” [Al-Isra: 32] and Al-Bukhari (5578) and Muslim Abi Radhiyyidariyah (57) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said. And God Almighty has made avoiding these afflictions and evils a condition in expiating sins and raising ranks. God Almighty said: “If you avoid the major sins which you are forbidden, We will atone for you your sins and your infidels.” [31] The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The Messenger of Allah," he said. Second: Fornication is one of the greatest sins. God, the Most High, paired his remembrance with idolatry and the killing of the soul, so God Almighty said: “And those who do not invoke another god with God, nor do they kill the soul, whom God has forbidden.” [68] And because although it is great in view of the right of God Almighty, it is an assault on the dearest and most honorable thing that the slave owns, which is his honor, with the consequences of great corruption, great evils, and staining with the scourge of shame, and this may continue for an extended period of time, and it is inherited from generations after generations - God forbid. Come here - . Al-Mundhiri, may God have mercy on him, said: “It is true that if an alcoholic dies, he will meet God as an idolater, and there is no doubt that adultery is worse and greater in God’s sight than drinking alcohol.” End. (Al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb: 3/190) Al-Saffarini, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: “Zina is the greatest of sins after polytheism and murder.” End in summary. (Future of the Hearts: 2/305) Therefore, the punishment for adultery was more severe than the punishment for drinking alcohol, especially if the adulterer was married. Types of adultery Not only fornication of the vagina, but also fornication of the hand, which is the forbidden touch, and fornication of the eye, which is forbidden looking, even if it is the fornication of the vagina that entails the punishment. On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him - on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “God decreed for the son of Adam his share of adultery, and he inevitably realized that. . Narrated by Al-Bukhari (588) and Muslim (265). It is not permissible for a Muslim to belittle the premises of fornication, such as kissing, being alone, touching and looking at them, because they are all forbidden, and they lead to the major immorality, which is fornication. God Almighty said: {Do not approach adultery, for it was an indecency and an evil way} [Al-Isra: 32]. The forbidden look is one of the arrows of Satan, which moves its owner to the sources of destruction, even if he did not intend it at the beginning. For this reason, God Almighty said: {Say to the believers to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts} [An-Nur: 30-31]. Reflect on how God, the Most High, linked lowering the gaze and preserving the private parts in the verses, and how he began to lower the gaze before preserving the private parts, because the sight leads the heart. Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz - may God Almighty have mercy on him - said: In these two noble verses, God Almighty commanded the believing men and women to hate their eyes and protect private parts. Indecency, and lowering the gaze is one of the reasons for safety from that, and that is why God Almighty said: {Tell the believers to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. And torment in this world and the hereafter, we ask God Almighty for wellness from that. And he told the Almighty that he is an expert in what people do, and that nothing is hidden from him, and this is a warning to the believer against riding what God has forbidden him, and turning away from what God Almighty has legislated for him, and a reminder to him that God Almighty sees and knows his good deeds and others. As God Almighty said: {He knows the treachery of the eyes and what the breasts conceal} [Ghafir: 19]. Finished (Tabarruj and its danger). The Muslim has to fear God Almighty, his Lord in secret and in public, and to stay away from what God Almighty has forbidden him from being alone, looking, shaking hands, kissing and other taboos that are precursors to the immorality of adultery. And the sinner is not deceived that he will not fall into immorality and that he will be satisfied with these taboos about fornication, for Satan will not leave him. There is no limit for these sins, such as the kiss and the like, because the hadd punishment is not required except through intercourse (adultery), but the ruler punishes him and punishes him with what deters him and his likes from these sins. Pig eating pork has been forbidden in Islam by the text of the Noble Qur’an, which is the saying of God Almighty: {Indeed, dead meat, blood, and the meat of swine have been forbidden to you} [Al-Baqarah: 173]. It is permissible for a Muslim to eat it under any circumstances, except in the case of necessity in which a person’s life depends on eating it, such as if he is in severe hunger and fears that he will perish himself, and he cannot find food other than it; According to the Sharia rule: “Necessities make prohibitions permissible.” And there is no specific reasoning for the prohibition of pork in the legal texts except for the saying of God Almighty: {It is an abomination}, and impurity is used to refer to what is reprehensible in Sharia, and in the view of healthy eating, and this reasoning alone is sufficient. And towards them, and he guides to the wisdom of the prohibition of pigs, and that general reasoning is the saying of God Almighty: {And he makes lawful for them the good and prohibits them the evil} [Al-A’raf: 157]. And evil in this regard is meant by it that which harms a person’s life in terms of his health, his money or his morals. Everything that is harmful and its consequences are dire from one of the important aspects of a person’s life is included in the general category of evils. Scientific and medical research has proven that the pig, among all other animals, is a repository of germs harmful to the human body. The details of these harms and diseases are long. In short, they are: parasitic diseases, bacterial diseases, viral diseases, microbial diseases, and others. These and other harms are evidence that the wise legislator did not forbid eating pork except for a great wisdom, which is self-preservation, the preservation of which is one of the five necessities in the noble Sharia. Drinking wine Drinking wine is a major sin.. It is the mother of all evils.. and the key to all evil.. It assassinates the mind.. It drains money.. It cracks the head. Anticipating enmity and hatred between people.. It prevents the remembrance of God and prayer.. It calls for fornication.. Perhaps it calls for falling on the daughter, sister, and incest.. Jealousy goes away and begets shame, remorse and scandal.. It attaches its mustache to the inferiority of the human kind and they are insane.. and the curtains are broken. .. It reveals secrets .. It indicates the faults .. And it makes the commission of evil and misdeeds easy.. And it brings out the veneration of taboos from the heart.. And its addict is like a worshiper of idols.. How much has it stirred up war?.. And it impoverished the rich? Sharif? .. She was robbed of a blessing? .. She was brought from a curse? .. How did she differentiate between a man and his wife? .. So she went with his heart and went with his heart. How much heartbreak did she inherit or did she draw an example? .. How much did she close a door of goodness in the face of her drinker and open a door of evil for him? .. How many afflictions did she fall into and hasten a death? .. How many ordeals did she bring to her mustache? .. She is the intercourse of sin and the key Evil, the robber of blessings, and the bringer of resentment.. and if it was not one of its vices, but that it and the wine of Paradise would not be combined in the stomach of a servant, it would have sufficed her from a calamity. And the evils of alcohol are many times what we have mentioned.” A. H. The words of Ibn al-Qayyim, may God Almighty have mercy on him, are one of the savages of spirits. God Almighty warned us about them in His Book and on the tongue of His Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. God Almighty said: 1- God Almighty said: {O you who believe! Wine, the facilitator and the monuments and the tides for the work of the devil. «God cursed alcohol and her legs and her legs, her seller, his seller, his pride and pride her, her pregnant and mobile. : The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “An alcoholic is like a worshiper of idols.” Narrated by (Ibn Majah: 3375) and classed as hasan by al-Albani in Sahih al-Haram 4-27 (Ibn Majah: 27). From entering Paradise for one who is addicted to drinking alcohol, it was narrated that Abu al-Darda’, may God Almighty be pleased with him - on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “He who is addicted to alcohol will not enter Paradise.” Narrated by (Ibn Majah: 3376) and authenticated by al-Albani in (Sahih Ibn Majah: 2721). 5 - For Osman, may Allah be pleased with him Until I have led to a woman and a woman who has a vintage and a vintage. Leaves it) until they signed and killed. They were killed. Classified as authentic by Al-Albani in (Sahih Al-Nasa’i: 5236). 6 - It is not accepted for the prayer for 40 days, Abdullah bin Amr, may Allah be pleased with the Almighty said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said. Then he drank again and got drunk, his prayers will not be accepted for forty mornings, and if he dies, he will enter Hellfire, and if he repents, God will repent. Its, and if he returned, drink and drink did not accept him for 40 am, he died. They said, O Messenger of God, and what is the wretchedness of the ignorant, he said, is the juice of the people of Hellfire. Narrated by (Ibn Majah: 3377) and authenticated by Al-Albani in (Sahih Ibn Majah: 2722). The meaning of not accepting the prayer is not that it is invalid, or that he abandons the prayer, but rather the meaning is that he will not be rewarded for it. So his benefit from prayer is that he absolves himself of his obligation, and he is not punished for leaving it. The Muslim must fear God Almighty and beware of Satan’s temptations and temptations, and not make himself a puppet of Satan. Majah: 2450) And Al-Busairi graded it authentic as in “Al-Zawa’id / Hashiyah Sunan Ibn Majah. This punishment for the drinker of wine is for the one who does not repent. As for those who repent and turn to God Almighty, God Almighty will repent to him and accept his deeds from him. We ask God Almighty to protect us from Satan’s temptations.” And that we avoid temptation, what is apparent from it and what is hidden. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. Theft is prohibited by the Qur’an, Sunnah and consensus, and God Almighty has condemned this heinous act and made it a punishment that suits it, so He made the punishment for the thief to cut off his hand, God Almighty said: {And the thief and the female thief cut off their hands as a reward. Because they earned a punishment from God, and God is Mighty, Wise.” [Al-Ma’idah: 38], and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The hand shall be cut off for a quarter of a dinar and upwards.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari (Al-Hudud 6291), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the thief because he is a corrupt element in society if left His corruption spread and transgressed to others in the body of the nation, so he said, prayers and peace be upon him M. “God cursed the thief who steals an egg and his hand is cut off, and steals a rope and his hand is cut off.” Al-Bukhari (Al-Hudud 6285) and what indicates that this ruling is confirmed is that an honorable Makhzoumi woman stole during the time of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, so Osama bin Zaid wanted to intercede for her, so the Prophet, peace be upon him, became angry May God’s prayers and peace be upon him and said: “I intercede for one of God’s punishments, but those who were before you were destroyed. If the rich among them stole, they left him, and if the poor among them stole, they set the limit on him. By God, if Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad stole, I would cut off her hand.” Al-Bukhari (Ahadith of the Prophets: 3216) and this It is the rule of God Almighty in theft that the hand of the thief be cut off from the wrist. Al-Nawawi said in his explanation of Sahih Muslim: Al-Shafi’i, Abu Hanifa, Malik and the masses said: “The hand shall be cut off from the wrist, which is the joint between the palm and the arm. And because cutting off the hand is a great matter, cutting off the hand of the thief does not happen during any theft, rather there must be a meeting of conditions in order for the hand of the thief to be cut off. If the money was plundered in the face of domination and oppression in front of people, or raped, because the owner of the money can come to the rescue and take it from his hand. 2- That the stolen property be respectable, because what is not money has no sanctity, such as amusement machines, alcohol, and pork. 3- That the stolen item is the nisab, which is three Islamic dirhams or a quarter of an Islamic dinar, or the equivalent of one of the other money. 4- To take the stolen item from his custody, and the money: what people are accustomed to keeping their money in, such as the treasury, for example. 5- The theft must be proven, either by the testimony of two just people, or by the thief's confession to himself twice. 6- He must demand his money from what was stolen from him. If these conditions are fulfilled, the hand must be cut off, and if this ruling is applied in societies that have accepted man-made laws, which have dissected the law of God Almighty and replaced it with human laws, it would have been the most beneficial remedy for this phenomenon. They are certain.” [Al-Ma’idah: 50] References: (Al-Jami` Ahkam Al-Qur’an: 6/159), (The Fiqh Summary: 2/442). Arrogance, arrogance, is a reprehensible trait that characterizes Satan and his soldiers from among the people of the world, those whom God Almighty has annihilated on his heart. And the first to be arrogant about God Almighty and his creation is the accursed Iblis, when God Almighty commanded him to prostrate to Adam, but he refused and was arrogant and said {I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay}. God Almighty said: {And We created you, then fashioned you, then said to the angels: “Prostrate to Adam,” and they prostrated, except for Iblis, who was not among those who prostrated. He said, “What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?” He said, “I am better than him. You created me from fire, and you created him from clay.” [Al-A’raf: 11-12]. Arrogance is one of the morals of Satan, so whoever wants to be arrogant should know that he is imitated by the manners of devils, and that he has not been imitated by the manners of the honored angels who obeyed their Lord and fell prostrate. Not to mention that arrogance is a reason for depriving its owner of Paradise and depriving himself of the Lord of Glory looking at him as it came in the following two hadiths: 1. On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, may God Almighty be pleased with him - on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “He who is in Paradise will not enter Paradise. His heart is an atom’s weight of arrogance. A man said: A man likes his clothes to be good and his shoes to be good. He said: God is beautiful and loves beauty. Narrated by Muslim (91). And the truth: his response after knowing it. People look down: their contempt. 2. On the authority of Abdullah bin Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever drags his garment out of arrogance, God will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection. God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: You are not doing that out of vanity.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari (3465). Secondly: Arrogance is one of the attributes that are only ascribed to God Almighty, so whoever disputes with God Almighty about it, God Almighty will destroy him, break him and narrow him down. On the authority of Abu Saeed al-Khudri and Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with them both, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “God Almighty said: Glory is His garment and pride is His cloak. I mean, I tortured him.” Narrated by Muslim (2620). Al-Nawawi said: This is how it is in all versions, so the pronoun in “his garments” and “his cloak” refers to God Almighty for knowledge of it, and it has been deleted in its appreciation: “God Almighty said: He who disputes that with me I will punish him.” And the meaning of “disputing with me” is created by this and becomes in the meaning of the participant. This severe Festival in old age forbids unauthorized. (Sharh Muslim: 16/173). And everyone who tried to grow taller and higher, God Almighty lowered him in the lower and made him among the humiliated, because he violated the principle, so God Almighty rewarded him with the opposite of his intention, and it has been said: The reward is from the kind of action. And he who is arrogant towards people will be trampled under people's feet on the Day of Resurrection, so God Almighty will humiliate him as a reward for his arrogance. On the authority of Amr bin Shuaib, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather: on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “The arrogant ones will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection, like scattered shards in the images of men, covered by humiliation from everywhere, so they will be driven to a prison in Hell called “Paul” above them with the fire of igneous people who will be watered from the juice of the people of Hell fire. Al-Khabal.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi (2492) and classed as hasan by Al-Albani in (Sahih Al-Tirmidhi: 2025). Third: Arrogance has several forms, including: 1. Does a man not accept the truth and argue with falsehood, as we mentioned in the hadith of Abdullah bin Masoud, may God Almighty be pleased with him, “Arrogance: exalting the truth and looking down on people.” 2. That he admires himself in terms of beauty or beauty, or richness in clothing or food, so he struts, arrogance, and prides himself on people. On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, or Abu al-Qasim, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “While a man walks in a suit, he admires himself as a cauldron, when God eclipsed him, so he will tremble until the Day of Resurrection.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari (3297) and Muslim (2088). And from that man was a companion about whom God Almighty said: {And he had fruits, so he said to his companion while he was conversing with him: I am more wealthy than you and dearer in people} [Al-Kahf:34]. This may be boasting about his tribe and linage. Fourth: One of the ways to treat old age is to see yourself as people, and that they are like you, born from a mother and father as you were born, and that piety is the true standard. God Almighty said: {Verily, the most honorable of you with Allah is the most pious of you} [Al-Hujurat:13]. And let the arrogant Muslim know that no matter how tall he is, he is too weak to reach the length of the mountains or pierce the earth, as God Almighty said: {And do not turn your cheek to people, and do not walk on the earth cheerfully, for God does not like every proud boaster. And be intentional when you walk and lower your voice, for the most reprehensible sounds are the voice of donkeys} [Luqman: 17-18]. Al-Qurtubi said: The saying of God Almighty: {And do not walk on the earth cheerfully} This forbade arrogance and commanded humility, and fun: the intensity of joy. Qatadah said: It is arrogance in walking, and it was said: It is the bravest and the most evil, and it was said: It is the activity. These sayings are close, but they are divided into two parts: one is blameworthy, and the other is praiseworthy. So arrogance, arrogance, arrogance, and transgression of man’s destiny are blameworthy. And joy and activity Mahmoud. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi: 10/260). One of the cures is for a person to know that the arrogant person will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection as small as corn trampled by feet, and the arrogant is hated by people just as he is hated by God Almighty. And it is for a person to remember that he and his urine came out from one place, and that the beginning of it is a filthy sperm and the end of it is a stinking cadaver, and that in between, he carries a virgin (i.e. excrement), so why is he arrogant?!! We ask God Almighty to protect us from arrogance and to grant us humility. God knows best and highest. Backbiting The Muslim must guard his tongue from what he is forbidden to do, and among these prohibitions and which people fall into a lot is backbiting, slander and gossip. Backbiting: It is mentioning the Muslim in his backbiting with what he hates to publish and mentioning it, and falsehood: reminding the Muslim of what he is not, which is lying in saying about him, and gossip: it is the transmission of words from one party to another to set them apart. The evidence in the prohibition of these acts is many, we will only mention something that is only walking for the clarity of its prohibition. About him that the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, said: “Do you know what backbiting is? They said: God and His Messenger know best. He said: Remind your brother of what he dislikes. It was said: Have you seen if my brother has what I say? He said: If there is what you say in it, then you have backbited him, and if it is not in it, then you have insulted him.” Narrated by Muslim (258). On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, passed by two graves and said: “As for them, they will be tormented, and they are not tormented for a major sin. As for one of them, he used to gossip, and as for the other, he was not hidden from his urine. Then he planted one on this one and one on this one, then he said, “Perhaps he will make it lighter for them as long as they do not dry out.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari (213) and Muslim (292). The rule of forbidden backbiting and its forms of backbiting is as explained by the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: that a Muslim reminds his brother of what he dislikes. This includes the moral and congenital attributes, and even what is related to his perfection, his son and his family. Al-Nawawi, may God have mercy on him, said: “As for backbiting: it is your reminding a person of what he dislikes, whether it is in his body, his religion, his worldly affairs, his soul, his character, his character, his money, his son, his father, or his wife. or his servant, or his property, or his turban, or his dress, or his gait, his movement, his screen, his looseness, his frowning, his divorce, or any other thing that is related to him, whether you mention it with your word or your book, or symbolize, or you refer to it with your eyes, your hand, or your head, or As for the body, it is what you say: blind, lame, blind, bald, short, tall, black, yellow, and as for religion, it is what you say: immoral, thief, traitor, unjust, negligent in prayer, lenient in uncleanliness, is not righteous with his father, does not put Zakat is in its proper places, backbiting is not avoided, and as for the world: he is a little polite, he neglects people, he does not see anyone as having a right to him, he talks a lot, eats a lot or sleeps, sleeps at a different time, sits in a wrong place. Or a negro, a carpenter, a blacksmith, and as for good manners, it is like saying: bad manners, arrogant, hypocritical, calf, mighty, helpless, weak-hearted, reckless, arrogant.Wes, libertine, and the like. As for the dress: it is of wide sleeves, long tail, dirty dress and the like, and the rest is measured by what we mentioned. And adjust it: He reminded him of what he dislikes. End of (Al-Adhaka: p. 336). The expiation for backbiting is obligatory for everyone from whom backbiting, slander or gossip has occurred, to repent and seek forgiveness for what is between him and God Almighty. He did not know, so he does not inform him, but rather he asks forgiveness for him and supplicates for him and praises him as he spoke about him in his absence. Likewise, if he knew that if he told him, the enmity would increase, then he suffices with supplication, praise and forgiveness for him. On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: “Whoever has wronged his brother in terms of his honor or something, let him free it from him today before there is no dinar or dirham. The Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: And whoever wrongs a person and slanders him, backbites him, or insults him, then repents, God Almighty accepts his repentance. He knows that I backbited you, and it has been said: Rather, he did good to him in his absence as well as he did him wrong in his absence, as Al-Hasan Al-Basri said: Atonement for backbiting to seek forgiveness for those who slandered him. (Majmoo’ Al-Fatwa: 3/291). Whoever knows the sanctity and danger of backbiting and that it is one of the major sins, holds his tongue, counts his words, and abandons asking about what does not concern him, for speaking may begin with permissible, then drag the person to the forbidden. Cases in which backbiting is permissible The scholars mentioned that backbiting is permissible in two cases: First: Grievance, so the wronged person may complain to the Sultan or the judge, and others who have jurisdiction or ability to redress the wrongdoer. The second: seeking help in changing the evil, and returning the sinner to the right path, so he says to the one who hopes for his power, so-and-so does such-and-such, so prevent him from doing so. The third: the referendum, by saying to the mufti that so-and-so wronged me, my father or my brother with such and such, does he have such and such? And my way of salvation and the payment of injustice Me? Fourth: Warning Muslims of its evil, such as wounding wounded narrators, witnesses, and writers, including: If you see someone who buys something defective, or someone who accompanies a thief or adulterer or marries a female relative, or the like, then you mention that to them in the face of advice, not with the intent of harm. and spoiling. Fifth: To be openly immoral or heretical, such as drinking alcohol and confiscating people's money. Sixth: Definition. If he is known by a title: such as the blind, the blind, the one-eyed, or the lame, it is permissible to introduce him to him, and it is forbidden to mention him by way of derogation, and if it is possible to identify others, it is more appropriate. And it came in (Fatwas of the Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas: 26/20): Backbiting is permissible in a few places indicated by the legal evidence if there is a need for that, such as if someone consults with you in his marriage or participation, or someone complains to the Sultan to stop his oppression and take him from him - there is no problem By mentioning him at that time what he dislikes, for the most likely interest in that, and some of them combined the places where backbiting is permissible in two houses, so he said: slander is not backbiting in six ... complaining, acknowledgment, warning, demonstrating immorality, seeking help, and whoever ... asks for assistance in removing evil. End quote . Bribery is a major sin, according to what Ahmad (6791) and Abu Dawood (3580) narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, may God be pleased with them both, who said: “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, has cursed.” Classified as authentic by Al-Albani in (Irwa Al-Ghalil: 2621). The "briber" is the giver of the bribe, and the "bribe-taker" is the taker. Bribery is what a person pays to take what is not his right, or to evade his right with it. See: (Encyclopedia of Fiqh: 24/256). Ibn Abidin said in his Hashishah (5/362): “A bribery is what the ruling person gives to someone else in order to rule for him, or he takes it over someone else.” Sheikh Ibn Baz, may God have mercy on him, said: “Ibn Abidin, may God have mercy on him, mentioned in his footnotes: (that bribery is: what a person gives to a ruler or someone else to rule for him or to force him to do what he wants), and it is clear from this definition that bribery is more general than being money or What is meant by the ruler: the judge and others: everyone with whom it is hoped to fulfill the interest of the briber, whether he is one of the state’s governors and employees or those carrying out private business such as agents of merchants, companies, owners of real estate and the like. Fulfillment of the briber's desire and intent, whether it is right or wrong. End. (Collections of Fatwas of Ibn Baz: 23/223-224). And if a person cannot attain his right except by paying a bribe, he may give it to whomever reaches him his right, and that is forbidden for the taker only, not the giver. Lying is well-known and established by all Muslims: that lying is forbidden in all, rather the ugliness of lying and its prohibition is something that all religions have agreed upon, and it is established in the sound nature of the fitr, regardless of the religion of its owner!! The Muslim must be truthful in his words in all his circumstances. God Almighty said: {O you who believe, fear God and be with the truthful} [At-Tawbah: 119]. And Abdullah bin Masoud may Allah be pleased with him from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The honesty is guided by the righteousness. And a man will lie until he is recorded with God as a liar.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari (6094) and Muslim (2607). And Abdullah bin Amr, may Allah be pleased with them, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Four in which he was in which he was a pure conflict, and who was a preacher where they were a hypocrisy of hypocrisy; If he was entrusted with betrayal, then If he speaks he lies, and when he makes a treaty he is treacherous, and if he quarrels, he breaks it.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari (34) and Muslim (58). Proven for the lying in joking in the crushed year: Al-Ahsa bin Hakim said: Tell me Abu, from his father, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: "Woe to what happens to lie to laugh, and to him Dawood (4990), and Al-Albani graded it as authentic in (Sahih Abi Dawood: 4990). As he also stated to leave lying in joking: Abu Amama was satisfied with God Almighty said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Jokingly, and a home in the highest heavens for the one who has good manners.” Narrated by Abu Dawood (4800), and classed as hasan by Al-Albani in “Silsilah al-Ahadith al-Saheehah: 273.” Nor should any of you promise his son anything and then not accomplish it for him) Narrated by Al-Bukhari in (Al-Adab Al-Mufrad: 387). And Ibn Hajar Al-Haytami quoted this definition in his book (Al-Zawadir on Iqtiqat Al-Kabeer) and then said: It is by saying, writing, symbol or gesture, and whether in the transmitted it is an act, a saying, a defect or a deficiency in what was said about it or something else, the truth of the gossip is the disclosure of the secret, and the breach of concealment about what he hates to reveal, and then it is necessary to remain silent about the story of everything that was witnessed from the conditions of people except what In his narration, he benefits a Muslim or wards off harm, as if he sees someone eating someone else’s money, then he must testify of it, unlike if he sees someone who hides his own money and mentions it, then it is gossip and a disclosure of the secret. Ended) Al-Zawajir, (The Two Hundred and Fifty Second Greatness: Gossip). Al-Hafiz Al-Mundhiri was quoted as saying: (The nation is unanimously agreed that gossip is forbidden and that it is one of the greatest sins in the sight of God Almighty. Ended). And from him it is known that conveying the words of your colleagues to the director is a disclosure of a secret, an effort to corrupt, and falling into this great major sin, in addition to the forbidden spying. In condemning gossip, espionage, and tracking faults, there are a number of texts that can deter a Muslim from committing these taboos: 1- Among that is his saying, peace be upon him: “A slanderer will not enter Paradise.” And in a narration: “Qatat” was narrated by Al-Bukhari (6056) and Muslim (105). The qatat is the gossiper. It was said: the gossip who is with a group of people talking, so he slanders them. And the qatat: the one who listens to them while they do not know and then sleeps. 2- In the two Sahihs from the hadith Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, went out from some of the walls of the city and heard the voice of two people being tormented in their graves. 216, Muslim 292) 3- In the two Sahihs also from the hadith of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most false speech. The servants of God are brothers.” (Bukhari 5144, Muslim: 2563) Al-Nawawi, may God have mercy on him, said: (Some scholars said: “Feeling” in H: listening to the hadith of people, and in the gym: searching for faults. In evil, and the spy is the owner of the secret of evil, and the law is the owner of the secret of good.It was said: With the gym is that you ask for it for others, and in the H: that you ask for it for yourself. (One). It is a request to know the absent news and conditions) End. 4- Al-Bukhari (7042) narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God Almighty be pleased with them both, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: “Whoever dreams a dream that he did not see is required to perform two rituals, and he will not do it. You will be on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever makes an image is tormented and commanded to blow into it and not be blown.” And Alank: It is molten lead.
