Fourth: Eating usury: It deals with forbidden usury that God Almighty has prohibited, and God Almighty said: {And God has permitted trading and forbidden usury}, and God Almighty said: {O you who believe! And if you do not do that, then take notice of war from God and His Messenger.” So consuming usury is a major sin, so it is necessary to beware of it. And usury is of different types: usury, and usury preferred usury: Fadl: like selling a dirham for two dirhams, a saa’ of wheat for two saa’s of wheat. This usury preferred is not permissible. usury al-nasee’ah: such as: he sells a saa’ of wheat for two saas of barley, temporarily, after a day, after two days; Meaning: what is received only after the assembly. This is usury, which sells one hundred dollars for one hundred pounds, or ten pounds, outside the assembly, what you receive in the assembly; This is called usury of an-Nasi'ah... and it is one of the major major sins.
