The Muslim, Jewish, and Christian traditions can agree on at least one thing: no one should ever go hungry.
On November 20th, representatives from these three faith communities joined forces to serve the noon meal at The Good Neighbours' Club, the first Tri-Faith effort in the Club's long history.
Dr. Bruno Scorsone, the Club's Executive Director, and Fr. Eric Rodriguez from St. Michael's Cathedral joined the organized efforts of Micky Fraterman, Chair of Israel and External Community for the First Narayever Congregation, and Habeeb Sheikh with MuslimsAgainstHunger and Muhamad Nor Saad, Vice President of the Canada Malay Association.
While The Good Neighbours' Club is not officially a faith-based organization, personal faith is a strong motivating factor for many of its Board members, staff, and volunteers
